And to add that Stockton is also filing for bankruptcy. I would really like to know how they choose to spend their annual budget because, uhm… spending $2.1m on Paragary’s (which is now closed, thankyouverymuch) was apparently more important than ensuring you have the funds to pay your police department.
Way to go, Stockton. You get a golf clap.
